The Chairman, House Committee on Public Works and Transport, who doubles as the lawmaker representing Irewole/Isokan State Constituency in the Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Abiola Ibrahim Inaolaji, today sponsored the *”Osun State Park Management System Bill 2026”*.
The Private Member's Bill seeks to strengthen the regulation, coordination, and management of park operations across Osun State. This legislation underscores Hon. Abiola Inaolaji’s commitment to an organized, accountable, and efficient transportation management system that serves the interests of the people. The bill was listed for First Reading today by the Osun State House of Assembly, under the leadership of the Honorable Speaker, Rt. Hon. Adewale Egbedun.
This marks a significant step toward establishing a more structured park management framework in the state. The bill further seeks to address thuggery, violence and other activities capable of disrupting transportation and business activities within the parks.
The initiative reflects Hon. Abiola Inaolaji’s dedication to legislative interventions that promote effective governance, institutional development, and the safety of citizens across Osun State.
