IREPODUN STAKEHOLDERS PAY CONGRATULATORY VISIT TO AREMO ADEKUNLE ADEGBOYEGA ALAO OSUN SUBEB CHAIRMAN
A Demonstration of Political Solidarity, Confidence and Support for Quality Leadership in Basic Education_*
In a strong show of political solidarity, unity and confidence in purposeful leadership, prominent political leaders and stakeholders from Irepodun Local Government Area of Osun State paid a congratulatory and courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman of the Osun State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB), Aremo Adekunle Adegboyega Alao.
The delegation was led by the Executive Chairman of Irepodun Local Government, Hon. Ajibade Sikiru Oluwatoyin, and included the Accord Chairman, Alhaji Saka Adeyi; all Councillors from Irepodun Local Government; the Chairman of Irepodun Local Government Education Authority (LGEA), Hon. Ogunmola Muse, and members of the LGEA; all Special Assistants to the Governor from Irepodun; as well as all Accord Ward Chairmen.
The visit was not merely ceremonial. It was a powerful demonstration of the confidence, goodwill and political support of the people and stakeholders of Irepodun Local Government for Aremo Adekunle Adegboyega Alao as he assumes the responsibility of steering the affairs of SUBEB.
The delegation congratulated Aremo Lelelu on his well-deserved appointment, describing his emergence as a testament to his experience, competence, dedication to public service and capacity to deliver on responsibilities entrusted to him.
The stakeholders expressed optimism that his tenure will usher in renewed vision, effective administration and meaningful transformation in the basic education sector of Osun State, particularly in the areas of infrastructure, teaching and learning, staff welfare and improved educational outcomes. They further assured the SUBEB Chairman of their continued support and cooperation as he embarks on the task of advancing the educational development agenda of the administration.
Speaking during the visit, the delegation reaffirmed its belief in the ability of Aremo Adekunle Adegboyega Alao to provide the leadership required to reposition basic education and leave a lasting impact on the educational landscape of Osun State.
