SUBJECT: OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION OF LEADERSHIP TRANSITION - ALVA IREWOLE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CHAPTER
TO: ALL MEMBERS, STAKEHOLDERS AND STRUCTURES OF ALVA - IREWOLE LOCAL GOVERNMENT
The Leadership of the Akogun Lere Volunteer Alliance (ALVA) formally notifies all members, supporters, and stakeholders of the ALVA Movement in Irewole Local Government of a leadership transition at the LGA Coordination level. The State Leadership reached this decision after a comprehensive review, in line with our commitment to reposition the structure for optimal performance towards our mandate of mobilising 50,000 Youths alongside all Frontiers groups in the Akogun Frontline Team, across Osun West.
1. CESSATION OF APPOINTMENT
Effective immediately, Comr. Busari Abdulganiyu ceases to hold the position of LGA Coordinator, ALVA Irewole Local Government Chapter.
The leadership appreciates his contributions and services rendered during his tenure and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
2. APPOINTMENT OF NEW LGA COORDINATOR
In his stead, the State Leadership has approved the appointment of Comr. Kabiru Azeez as the new Coordinator, ALVA Irewole Local Government Chapter.
Comr. Kabiru Azeez shall henceforth serve as the Overall Leader and Coordinator of ALVA activities in Irewole Local Government, reporting directly to the State Coordinator (Overall Leader of ALVA) as stipulated in our leadership structure.
3. LEADERSHIP AND REPORTING STRUCTURE
In accordance with the ALVA Leadership Structure (Autonomous Platform) as attached, Comr. Kabiru Azeez will work with the following subordinate leadership chain to drive the mandate in Irewole:
A. At the LGA Level: He will be supported by:
- LGA Director of Mobilisation (Local Mobilisation)
- LGA Director of Digital Strategy (Local Digital Strategy)
- LGA Director of Voter Education (Local Voter Education)
- LGA Director of Welfare & Training (Local Welfare Support)
B. At the Ward Level: He will superintend over:
- All Ward Administrators / Ward Directors in Irewole LGA
- Unit Administrators / Canvassers / Volunteers for Grassroots Community Outreach
For clarity, the full vertical reporting line remains: Founder / Grand Patron (Highest Advisory & Patronage Role) -> State Coordinator & Executive Council (Deputy State Coordinator, Secretary, Directors of Mobilisation, Digital Strategy, Voter's Education, Welfare & Training) -> LGA Coordinators & LGA Directors -> Ward Administrators / Ward Directors -> Unit Administrators / Canvassers / Volunteers.
4. DIRECTIVE
All members, ward structures, volunteer groups and support platforms in Irewole Local Government are hereby directed to accord Comr. Kabiru Azeez full recognition, maximum support and cooperation to ensure seamless mobilisation, harmony and success.
All official communications, reports and activities from Irewole LGA should henceforth be channelled through his office.
